Discover the ideal setting for a peaceful beach holiday in the Algarve at our brand new villa in Sagres. Designed with comfort and modern living in mind, the villa features a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and entertaining.
Located in a quiet area of Sagres, the villa is just a short walk from the local farmers market, where you can purchase fresh bread, fruit, fish, and more. Nearby, you’ll find a supermarket, a bank with an ATM, and plenty of dining options. The beautiful Tonel and Maretta beaches are only a 2-minute drive away, offering easy access to the stunning Algarve coastline.
I’m thrilled to have you stay at one of our properties, each personally developed by me. Having lived in the Algarve for over 20 years, I’ve filled the villa with unique and eclectic pieces collected from my travels around the world.

Rest easy knowing the beds are made and the closet is stocked with ample towels. The house is also equipped with soap, tea and dish cloths, herbs, dishwashing liquid, garbage bag, and the first roll of toilet
paper.

- No Pets Allowed: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the property.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless the deposit has already been paid.

- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due 62 days before check-in.
- Bookings Within 62 Days: If the booking is made less than 62 days before check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.
