Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless the deposit has already been paid.

  • Payment Schedule:

    • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
    • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due 62 days before check-in.
    • Bookings Within 62 Days: If the booking is made less than 62 days before check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Security Deposit:

    • A security deposit of €300 will be added to your balance payment.
    • For reservations made within 62 days of booking, the security deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
