Our truly exceptional 7-bedroom, 7 bathroom villa in the popular but relaxed resort of Praia da Luz provides spacious, stylish accommodation for up to 16 people.

The house is located in an upmarket neighbourhood at 1100 m from the beach and has a large private pool. The self-catering accommodation is over three floors, and as well as the large living and dining areas, there’s a games room with a bar and a full-sized pool table, and a big outside private terrace with a dining table and chairs, BBQ, and outdoor kitchen.

The kitchen is  well-equipped, with an induction stove and electric oven, American fridge-freezer, coffee machine (filter coffee machine), toaster, dishwasher and microwave. The separate utility room contains a washing-machine, iron and ironing board.

The villa is air conditioned throughout except for the 2 downstairs bedrooms who are cooler but have a fan and heating in winter time. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The  Casa da Praia Algarve portfolio have been personally developed by myself. I live in the Algarve for more than 15 years. The villa is scattered with unique and eclectic pieces, gathered from my travels around the world.

Share a meal cooked in the peace of your garden, or venture out to one of the many local restaurants and bars. For quieter evenings and undisturbed relaxation, you’ll find a selection of board games and books in several languages.

How nice is that …. The beds are made and there are enough towels in the closet. The house is equipped with hand, tea and dish cloth, herbs, dishwasher tabs or dishwashing liquid, garbage bag and also the first roll of toilet paper is not lacking.

Pirces include water, gas, TV, internet, pool cleaning, garden maintenance, weekly cleaning, weekly change of bed linen and towels, tax. Excluding electricity. Damage deposit: 800 euro from 2 week stay, 1000 euro for over 21 day stay, 1200 euro for stays over 30 days.

Prices are VAT included Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless deposit has already been paid. Payment schedule: 50 % deposit required on booking. Balance payment (50 %) due 62 days before check in. If a booking is made less than 62 days before travel, we will request full payment. The security deposit (250 euro) will be added in your balance payment. If a reservation is less than 62 days from the day of the booking, the security deposit will be taken at the time of the booking.
