Welcome to our spacious 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom vacationvilla in the charming resort of Praia da Luz.
Our villa offers stylish and expansive accommodation for upto 16 guests, making it perfect for large family gatherings or group getaways.
Situated in an upscale neighborhood, the villa is just 1.1 km from the beautiful beach and the village center.
The property is spread over three floors and features a large private pool and a games room complete with a bar and a full-sized pooltable. The self-catering villa includes generous living and dining areas, a private terrace for outdoor relaxation, and a covered dining space with benches and a BBQ for al fresco meals.
The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances,including an induction stove and electric oven, a fridge-freezer, a filtercoffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a microwave. For added convenience, the separate utility room includes a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.
The villa features air conditioning throughout, ensuring acomfortable stay. Please note that the two downstairs bedrooms are cooler but are equipped with fans for the summer and heating for the winter.
Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom, providing added privacy and comfort for all guests.

Rest assured, your stay will be stress-free. The beds are made, and the closet is stocked with ample towels. The house is equipped with hand, tea, and dish cloths, herbs, dishwasher tablets or dishwashing liquid, garbage bag, and the first roll of toilet paper.

- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due 62 days before check-in.
- Bookings Within 62 Days: If the booking is made less than 62 days before check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.
